On the Work and Tracking pages, keep only minimal data in the 'Reminders', 'Daily Notes', 'Overflow', and 'Tracking Notes'. These notes are not backed up and could therefore be accidentally deleted. These notes should only be used for quick reminders (e.g. store the main idea in the Ideas Manager and only copy over the key points to the 'Reminders' section).
Utilise a calendar app of your choice to block out your normal day. The schedule on the work page then reflects when you actually work, while the calendar provides rough guidence on when you should work.
If you have a document that you wish to share, collaborate on, or that is relatively fixed in scope, utilse a cloud drive. The ideas manager reflects your ideas all linked together and with room for expansion, whereas dedicated files can be used to formalise ideas.
